RCM is approved by UGC and AICTE, and is internationally accredited by ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs). The recognitions are based on a number of parameters, one of the key parameter being skilled faculty.


About RCM’s Faculty


  • The faculty members, who hold a rich experience in the field of Management and Technology, carry their research experience into the classroom and impart the knowledge to the students of RCM, thereby building skills and intellect through innovative teaching methodology.
  • The Research and Publication Department at RCM regularly contributes to the academic and industry researches, where the faculty members of publish their research work. RCM’s eminent faculty members, Dr. Sujata Mangraj & Prof. S.N. Mishra have completed their research work on Empowerment of Kutia Kondha Tribes.
  • Our faculties impart education on multiple subjects including key management topics like accounting, strategic management, entrepreneurship, marketing management etc. RCM strictly maintains a teacher to student ratio of 9:1 that ensures quality learning through effective understanding of fundamental concepts through direct contact with the business leaders and skilled faculties.
  • The Board of Management lays special emphasis on the recruitment and development of its faculty members, as the faculty members act as the pillars of the institute’s foundation. All the faculties at RCM have a strong educational background from top institutes like IIMs, IITs and IMT.

According to the ACBSP guidelines the ability of a business school or program to fulfill its mission and meet its objectives depend upon the quality, number, and deployment of the faculty and staff. Hence, each institution seeking ACBSP accreditation for its business school or program must:


  • Develop and implement policies and plans that ensure an excellent faculty, including a staffing plan which matches faculty credentials and characteristics with program objectives.
  • Evaluate the faculty based on defined criteria and objectives.
  • Provide opportunities for faculty development to ensure scholarly productivity to support department and individual faculty development plans and program objectives.
  • Foster an atmosphere conducive to superior teaching.
